- Bresaola Rolls with Ricotta
- (Involtini di Bresaola Alla Ricotta)

Ingredients:

- 7 oz (200 grams) ricotta cheese
7 oz (200 grams) bresaola, thinly sliced
Bunch of rocket (arugula), chopped
Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Salt
Lightly toasted bread, to serve

- Directions:
-
- Beat the ricotta in a bowl until smooth.
Place a tablespoon of the cheese on each slice of bresaola.
Sprinkle with the rocket (arugula).
Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with a pinch of salt.
Roll up and place in a cool place.
Serve with lightly toasted bread. Serves 4.
