- Chicken In A Pink Sauce
- (Pollo In Salsa Rosa)

- Ingredients:
-
1 lb and 2 oz (500 grams) canned tomatoes
- 1 plump chicken, cut into pieces
3 oz (80 grams) butter
6 fl oz (175 ml) white wine
18 fl oz milk
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Run the canned tomatoes through a kitchen food mill and into a bowl.
Melt the butter in a large pan, add the chicken pieces and cook, turning frequently, until the chicken is brown all over.
Add the wine, milk, tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, cover and cook over a medium heat for about 1 and 1/2 hours.
Serve the chicken on a warm serving dish, completely covered with the sauce. Serves 6.
